The cleaning services were excellent, but we had an issue that resulted in a damage claim. Zerorez contacted me the very next morning and told me they work forward my concerns to a manager. Tobias contacted me quickly thereafter and we resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. This is why I have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They are responsive and care about their customers.

Justin was amazing. He was prompt and very thorough with his explanation of what he was going to do and the process in general. I had some questions with regard to what happens after (how soon can I walk on it, when can I move stuff back, etc) and he answered all of them with an additional explanation.
