The carpets look good after a cleaning. It took longer to dry the carpeting this time compared to the other times we had you out. Maybe not extracted enough. The price we agreed to over the phone wasn’t what we were eventually charged. This is probably the third time we have had you do our carpets so you have what you’ve done before on file. The tech that did the work was very friendly and did a nice job.
