I like that the chemicals aren’t harsh and aren’t supposed to leave residue. Unfortunately my carpet dried crunchy in the master bedroom in particular. The technician was kind & professional!

They were on time, explained everything thoroughly. Our carpets are older and he explained that deep stains might leach back to the surface, which we appreciated. For as old as our carpets are we thought they looked good after cleaning.

The service is fast, friendly, and flexible. They take the time to contact the rep that would come and do your requested cleaning service, while you are one the phone with them, so they can give you an accurate date and time that fits your needs. The cleaning was thorough, and of high quality. They got rid of the weird smell that we could smell when we came home from wherever we were, and we quit having a daily, morning sneezing fit, from the next day forward. I have used their service before, and they are still the best!

The technician was very thorough and did a great job and easily to pay and set up appointments.

Scheduling was ridiculously eas. Josh was great. Called when he was on his way. Came at the beginning of our time window. We were a little bummed that one red paint stain didn't come out completely, but we won't hold that against him. :)
