I was very pleased at the thoroughness of my recent duct cleaning. I chose Zerorez because of the high recommendations they received and the professionalism of their service.

I also chose Zerorez for carpet cleaning and was ASTOUNDED at how much life was brought back to carpeting that I had given up on! As many times as I have scrubbed and scrubbed my carpeted stairs, or had other carpet cleaning companies do them, they looked better, but not great. I always thought it was because the carpet was old and the dirt too ingrained for much improvement. The equipment and process that Zerorez uses is obviously far superior than other cleaning companies given the results that I saw. My stairs came back to life and have a newer look to them similar to years ago! Zerorez is the only company I will use from now on!

Like that there is no use of harsh chemicals/cleaning products. Carpets look great, dry fast compared to 'standard' cleaning. The technician, Seth C, was very thorough, professional, and did a wonderful job!
