The carpets are so clean and soft after they are cleaned by Zerorez. The technicians are very knowledgeable and dedicated to doing a great job.
First, the products Zerorez uses are environmentally safe (at least that is my understanding)
Second, your staff is dedicated to getting the job done right which is what we are paying for
and getting.
Third, not necessarily high on my list but it is nice to have your people to be courteous and
professional.
