Efficient staff! Our carpets turned out great!

Ryan, the ZeroRes agent that worked for us, was very professional. He gave us a 10 minute warning call, arrived at the expected time, moved furniture that was too heavy for us to move, measured our carpets & rugs, added in a stairway at our request, gave us the final cost for our approval before beginning the carpet cleaning. He then protected our floors with runners, the corners with plastic protectors, and proceeded to do the cleaning thoroughly and quickly. He put heavy furniture pieces back in place on foam blocks and left the house in good order.

First time using Zerorez. My house smells so fresh, and the carpets are very clean. I will definitely be using them again!
