Chloe got out the nail polish stain that had been in the carpet for about 2 years. The day after the service I looked and could not see any remnant of the nail polish color. Hurrah! All three carpet areas she worked on look new again and we like that there are no odors or fragrances. Thank you!

My technician was Conor. I was very pleased with his knowledge and manners. He explained everything, including the blue light he used to find pet stains. I opted for level 1 pet stain removal and am very pleased with the result.
