We moved into a previously owned home and carpet needing cleaning, I did not think any would be able to remove a couple of these spots, this time I was skeptical... I have used you before at other homes and you never fail....Great job once again!

The guys that cleaned my carpets were courteous (wearing shoe covers) and explained the process of the job. They removed a pet stain and the carpets looked so clean!

I like the process. Spray the solution on the carpet, let it do its thing then remove with just the special water. My carpet cleans up well if the application is done correctly. The final result, the carpet looks and feels like new without any cleaning or perfume smells. Again if applied properly.
However, this last time I required the tech to come back out, because, I could clearly see where the pre spray was missed in areas. The second carpet tech was able to correct the misses. Just wish I would have had the tech go back over the front room, I was too nervous to ask.
Lastly, you have a great product but the spray has to be sprayed over all areas to be cleaned successfully as well as the hard traveled areas and the sides of the stairs!!!!!
I wish the front room could be done again to clean the misses.

Both techs were kind and professional, worked hard, However, I could tell the misses from the first time out were a result of an incomplete application of the pre spray.

Suggestion:
The carpet techs should have clean equipment when bringing it into a new home. The Jug that the spray comes out of was very dirty in appearance from the outside, as well as the wands that put out the special water and suction it back up were dirty with hair and dirt from previous cleanings. Maybe zerorez should clean this equipment at the end of each day .

Top notch customer service. They worked very hard to accommodate my needs. I have a town house that has five levels. They were able to provide an affordable estimate and and because I was wondering out of town they they were super kind enough to squeeze me into the schedule at the last minute. The technician was professional and answered all my questions. He did a wonderful job restoring my carpet on the stairs and throughout the house. Zerorez is exactly that. I didn't have any left over residue or crunchy feeling on my carpet afterwards. Just clean. Very Satisfied.
