The employees we encountered in hiring ZEROREZ were excellent communicators in explaining and setting up the cleaning process we requested. The technicians showed up on schedule and were very efficient in assessing our rugs, describing options for new carpet pads, and detailing costs for us.

The young man and young woman who came to get the rugs were very professional very personable and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating to the way my rugs were poorly rolled up and remedy the problem without any sign of annoyance. The price seemed a little steep but I have not compared with other rug cleaners in the Twin Cities. My daughter used them and was very happy with the results
