Have used Zerorez for shampoo services for a number of times. Previous times has been great! This time do not feel as good of job was done in working on the spots. Hoping a second trip will take care of spots on our Nylon Karastan carpet!

I like how my tech Cuavontay explained that my carpet would still show wear even though he was cleaning it. The process and quick and thorough and all the high traffic areas were cleaned. I also appreciate how the next day my carpet wasn’t crunchy.
No smell when they were gone, and our carpet felt like new again. We have multiple animals, so this is a delightful surprise.
