Very knowledgeable staff - think his name was Matt. He went above and beyond and did a phenomenal job.

The 2 men that did the duct cleaning explained exactly what they were going to do. Friendly, worked without interruption, cleaned up when they were through. Showed me the sheet rock dust and other dust that was being sucked up. The inside of our return looked like new.

Excellent cleaning and always great staff. The charge for stairs is too high.

After a couple weeks, our carpet had lines (almost dirt like) on it from the cleaning. Despite vacuuming and letting things settle, they never dissipated. I reached out to Zerorez to see if this was normal. They had availably for someone to come out, reassess and redo it. Shane was kind, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he thought may have caused the lines. Before he left, he made it clear to call back if the lines didn't go away or we weren't happy with the outcome. Our carpet looks great, and I appreciated Shane's customer service approach!

My technicians were polite and knowledgeable. They helped educate me on the best stain removers for my carpet in between deep cleans. They also helped re-configure my estimate based on what I needed them to actually clean (I had guessed online when reserving my appointment, but they helped refine it). When I described some of the stains I was concerned about, including shadowing from an old pet stain, they shared all the product options, and made a recommendation based on the stain. I felt like they were honest and did not try to overly upsell me, they truly recommended what was needed and no more. Here's what I had cleaned-main level large living room and primary bedroom, L-shaped staircase with landing in the middle, and about 1/3 of the hallway at the top of the stairs. The area at the top of the stairs was treated with the biological treatment due to an old pet stain. My total for all those areas was right around $250, which I felt was a fantastic deal, and the entire process, including me asking a million questions, was right around an hour. This is my first time having my carpet professionally cleaned, but it will not be my last!

High quality and staff who care about getting it done right. I haven't had to have you come back because a rug or carpet wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction, but your staff also make it clear that you want to know if improvement is needed.
Also, staff are professional, friendly, and respectful.
