We had a great experience with the two technicians who came to our house - Ryan and Eldrig (not sure how to spell the 2nd name). we had 6 rooms/carpets cleaned including an oversized basement - they did an excellent job and the carpets feel like new.

This was my first experience with Zerorez and I was very happy with everything.
