We love that they use hot water to clean carpets vs soap that can leave a film. They always do a great job taking care of any spots we have. Dillon did a great job for us this past weekend getting our carpets cleaned for spring!

We had zerorez come out and clean our carpets, very easy to work with, the gentleman that did the work assessed the carpet, gave his recommendation. He did as great job! The carpet smells so fresh, looks so clean,

I appreciated the professionalism of Dylan, the person who cleaned my carpets, He was personable, explained the process, and he was thorough. I liked that the products were easy to deal with, i.e. wet carpets in socks, keeping the furniture off for 24 hours etc. It also helped that you did not require water hook ups from my home.
