I appreciated the professionalism of Dylan, the person who cleaned my carpets, He was personable, explained the process, and he was thorough. I liked that the products were easy to deal with, i.e. wet carpets in socks, keeping the furniture off for 24 hours etc. It also helped that you did not require water hook ups from my home.
