Your services are amazing! We have expensive carpets and are very careful about what services we have cleaning them. We have no hesitation AT ALL in using your company. My daughter had a blue raspberry icee stain on her bedroom carpet...it was removed! We have an older dog with problems and your technician not only got up all the stains, he explained how we could use your product to clean up after any future issues.

The service man you sent to my home to clean an upholstered sofa was very very thorough. He spent a lot of time cleaning the sofa and really did a beautiful job.

Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and vents. The technitian was very profesional and extremely fair when pricing out my townhome. He made wonderful recommendations, and removed rust stains from my carpet that were there for years, I never expected they would ever come out. The house smelled wonderful when he was done, like a gove of orange trees. I would very much recomend zerorez to anyone needing thier services, they performed far above any company I have previously used.

Juan was extremely polite, knew his stuff, worked quietly and quickly. Your other professionals have also been great. He answered all are questions ( I''m curious - my husband is thrifty) .

I posted on facebook a comment that I was getting my carpets done by Zerorez and I had a few negative comments so I was nervous that I got you guys. I went to take a look when he was halfway done and I had to take a picture!! It was unbelievable the difference from clean to dirty! So I posted the picture on my facebook wall and people were amazed. You for sure got business cuz of that photo. I LOVED the job Zerorez did and the service was wonderful! Jon was very honest, he told me the truth on what to expect before he started. He work very hard, I could tell he enjoyed his job and helping people with his comment, I want you to be satisfied when I leave and not just think I did your work and ran. He got out stains I did not know for sure he could, stayed long enough to make sure I was satisfied. I would recomend Jon to anybody. This is the first time I have used Zerorez.

Andrew was early for the appointment. He and his partner removed/covered shoes while in the house. They were helpful in answering questions and explaining the process. We had 8 chairs cleaned, the whole process was quick and the chairs look great. We are having an area rug cleaned offsite and I'm excited to see how that turns out.

Our carpet was so dirty I couldn't decide if I should just replace it or try to have it professionally cleaned. Obviously went the cleaning route and couldn't be happier! Matt, our technician, took the time to explain everything he was doing. He showed me the bad spots and that he had gotten them clean. He explained some of the additional serviced that Zerorez offered but was not pushy. He cleaned the entire house in a reasonable time. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the service he offered.
