I like that you have a self contained truck. All that you need is contained ie water electricity, removal of water etc. Your lead man Jimmy was very polite and wore shoe covers. He was clear and went over all the procedures and answered all of my questions.
I had won a couple of gift certificates and I was able to use them as well. Thank you for clean carpets. ( Wool and synthetic carpet.)
