I like that they do not use chemicals. I liked the professional no pressure service. I thought it was interesting that my friend who recommended Zerorez to me was not offered the protectant product which I was and did get. I guess I will have to see if that seems to make a difference.

The carpet was very soft after cleaning. No signs of residue.

The crew was very good - gave us the info we needed, made sure we understood it and then got right to work. Liked the way you are computerized so that all is taken care of quickly and with a minimum of cost which I assume keeps your charges lower for your services. We were very pleased. It did take a bit longer then the 6-8 hours for the carpets to dry however more like 18 - 24 hours to be really dry when walked on.

Jose was awesome---he was on time, called before arriving, took extra time to put bumpers on the railings to ensure no scratches or damage and verified that everything looked good before packing up. He was great and I would highly recommend him/Zerorez.
