The technician (Jack) was very good - friendly and thorough. He even came back to deal with a few stains that were particularly stubborn, which i really appreciated.

I love that there is no chemical or other smell from the carpet cleaning, as my lungs are sensitive. (Which is why I chose this company in the first place. They were recommended by a coworker who is super sensitive to chemicals and she raved about them.)

Also, the customer service was good and responded promptly.

Overall it was a good experience, and I would recommend this technician and company without REZervation. (Ha ha, see what I did there? :-D lol)
