I am very happy I had my air ducts cleaned by Zerorez (I am a returning customer), the service and staff are great so I can understand why they have such a good reputation in this market. Perez and Lee called ahead with an estimated time of arrival so I could be ready for them. They were so friendly and polite, and they took time to listen to my questions and explain the process (which took about 2 hours total). It is great how the two of them split up the work tasks like removing the vent covers and setting up the hoses and blocking the doorways and talking with me about the process so it felt like things went smoothly and efficiently. I told them about my cats in one bedroom and how I was worried the noise would scare them and they would want to run out of the house. They put a plan in place to carefully handle the room with the cats, and they blocked the door where the hoses came into the house extra-securely too. I can say that both Perez and Lee made it clear that they cared and respected my home and my pets, I am so impressed by the customer-focused service. Thank you!

Good overall. I had duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. I wish the duct cleaning would have been scheduled before the carpets. The duct cleaning guys should have had something over their shoes when they come into the house. With that said, everything went really well, and the service was done very good. The techs were polite and courteous.

OUr Service rept, Christopher, was great explaining everything to us. There was a plant water stain that he wasn't sure would come out, but it all came our beautifully! Nice follow up with info on pets.

The carpet came out great but the bathroom grout didn’t change. Wouldn’t do grout again. I understand why you wouldn’t do a large area rug on a wood floor, but I don’t know how I’ll clean it since furniture sits on it so it can’t be removed.

I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning. The senior carpet technician (Dominick) was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and was able to remove all of the pet stains that we had (some of which were years old). Zerorez is very fairly priced for the awesome service that we received.

We initially had Zerorez clean our basement carpeting and stairs a couple of weeks ago. After a few days of drying, I wasn't 100 percent satisfied, especially the work on our stairs. I called and without hesitation, the gentleman that handled my call offered to have a different technician return to redo the work. Tim showed up this past Tuesday, and did an excellent job. His customer service interaction with us was outstanding. He explained what he would do, and when complete with his work, he asked me to review it. Appreciate great service and employees. Thank you!
