My carpet turned out great! It was soft again after many months of feeling hard & crunchy due to other soap-based products that I used to try to clean up pet stains. I'm not afraid to let my toddler down on the floor and his feet are clean (compared to black-soled) after a day of play! Very pleased with the service and Juan did a fantastic job! When a friend asked what type of home carpet-cleaner to purchase, I recommended Zerorez rather than the brand of cleaner I previously owned. The only thing better would be to replace the carpet, which being a renter, was not an option.
