I like the look and feel of "clean"; like "no residual" - huh, imagine that - ZEROREZ! Plus the team, Chris and Jordan, were AWESOME!! Chris explained every step to me and offered optional services that my carpets could benefit from. Both were hard working and thorough. I am putting my house on the market and feel that with the very clean carpets throughout it is now quite presentable. I have already discussed ZEROREZ to co-workers and family, even in another state. The appearance of my carpets when they finished. The Zerorez personnel were professional, courteous and helpful - but the bottom line is how clean are your carpets when they finish. Mine have not looked this good since being installed.
Serviceman was polite and honest. The pet treatment was effective (I'm writing this several weeks after the cleaning). The serviceman explained the basic process and did not try to pressure me to use the stronger more concentrated treatment afterwards.
The stain that I thought would be impossible to remove, is gone! Enough said!
