The service was very good. The person who did our carpet was very informative and told us just what would come up and what wouldn't. It was very dry is a day so we could walk on it and it looks beautiful.

I like that they are green, but the service was also highly effective. We are blown away by how clean our couches look after one cleaning. They look brand new. If we had known that this level of clean was possible before, we would have had zerorez clean them years ago!

I thought the guys that came out were very informative, professional yet gave me the right amount of information and answered any questions/concerns that I did have. I had a few bad spots on the carpets that I wasn't sure would come out but they did, I was so highly impressed! I know my neighbors will be calling and some friends after my raving review to them.
