Very friendly, and they did an excellent job!

Staff was very direct. No hidden fees at all. They did an amazing job, the carpets feel fresh and smell amazing. You can walk on them barefoot without feeling that sticky residue feeling regular shampooing does. We had a room that had a very bad pet odor and had to keep those doors shut, no we can have the doors open again and actually use the room. Amazing!!

Every time you have come to my house to clean carpets your employees have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You always do such a fantastic job. Every spot has been removed and my carpets look brand new.

I have a couple places on my carpet that are darker than surrounding area......not sure if they just didn't go over it with the wand as it is a square area that wasn't previously stained/darker.

The nice aroma of products, the use of water only for cleaning, and the efficiency of the workers. The stains that I had came up very easily without harsh chemicals. My carpet feels very nice after being cleaned and does not have any stiffness to the fibers.

I feel like you take cleaning carpets seriously, not fly by night. It was great that 2 techs came to the appointment. Everything ran seamlessly and they knew what they were doing.

It's truly the best carpet cleaning I have ever had done. I highly recommend it to any one else.

The team was on time (they actually called earlier in the day because of a cancellation, but I wasn't ready yet) and polite. Though the crew didn't think it would work, they got dried on paint stains out of the carpet like it was nothing. Quick, clean, easy.

Seven days a week appointment times. Technicians (Erick and Adam) are knowledgeable about the product, service, and company and very enthusiastic to share that knowledge. I love the non chemicals and plant derived spot cleaners, quickest dry time. My carpet looks clean, smells fresh and I'm ready for my house guests.

The technicians always try there best clean the rug. They are knowledgeable about the products. I learned that blood does not come out of carpet, but the smel did come out.

yhat there is no soaps used just water and the pretreatment solution,this is why i tried your company,now i will see how long the carpet will look clean,with other methods used,the carpet would look dirty after about 3 months.so i am looking forward to see the difference,also made appointments to do two of my rental properties.that will be the real proof.if works out the way i hope,will be using you guys again,also nick who did the work,is very good at his job,he did a great job and explained everything perfectly,he is a real asset to you company.

Great customer service and cleaning!

The technicians were great. They explained everything and did a great job on our carpets! However when I called about scheduling I was given different information on the 10 percent discount if my neighbor also scheduled for the same day. Then the technicians didn't know anything about the neighbor discount when doing the bill and I didn't catch it until after they left. Then when I called in right away they told me it only applied if it was my next door neighbor which isn't what they told me initially. So I am hoping I will get the discount when all is said and done.
