We had a different carpet cleaning company attempt to clean the carpets on Thursday. They turned the house into a swamp. We called them on Saturday to explain and were told they realized their carpet cleaner was broken! So on Monday morning we called Zerorez for help. They were at our house within 4 hours! The technician was great. After he cleaned the carpets he waited out in his van for a while and let a fan dry the main traffic areas. We will never have another company besides Zerorez into our home.
