The service is always good. This time around, our service tech wasn't nearly as solid as in the past. Very much a "salesman" and not an overly good one, and wasn't not knowledgeable of what I had already purchased, nor what has been done in the past, and charged us still greater value than was anticipated.
On time and the carpet cleaner was really fast. Took NO time at all for him to get it all done. He was super friendly also.
The product is chemical free and I have pets so that is a big concern. The service is the best, the technicians that are sent out are always kind courteous and professional. Tyler came this time and I will ask for him going forward. He is very personable and extremely professional and did an excellent job. He also explained all the other services that zerorez offers that I was not aware of like scotch guarding and detailing my car. He provided tips and suggestions in between shampoos. Everything was explained and he answered all my questions. These are white carpets and I won't say how long they hadn't been cleaned,and Nate did a fantastic job and we have 'white' carpets in three rooms and are just so pleased (actually amazed) at what your company can do.The ads we hear on FM-107 are so true ! Really didn't know how it would be cleaning in the winter, but that Door Cover you use is awesome. We told Nate we will be calling back in the spring for the two upper rooms. Nothing like it. Carpets smell fresh and not soapy slippery. The service tech Kyle was a very polite and respectful kid. Clean cut and presentable as well as knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy but showed after care products which I bought.
