Juan and Nate were incredibly informative, polite and professional. In-and-out in about an hour and everything was perfect.

Nathan did a fabulous job. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained everything clearly. I will request him the next time I schedule an appt. We discussed Zero Stink and I knew I had some so he continued the cleaning process while I looked for it. It must have been very old because it wasn't clear in color and had some lumps so he told me to dump it and he was going to replace it. We both forgot. The next time someone is in my neighborhood, could they please drop off a bottle by leaving it inside my screen door and let me know since I go in and out through the garage.

On a side note, I always tell people Zerorez is the only company I use now.

What my wife and I liked best was the customer service received from Nate, the technician who came to our home and provided the carpet cleaning service. Nate was professional, courteous, conscientious, knowledgeable, personable, clean cut, and on time. His service definitely exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy with the end result of the carpet cleaning.

Patrick showed up 15 minutes early and immediately got to work. We had 3 rooms, a hall and stairway to clean. He completed the job in record time--like an hour and a half--and I thought, "how could he have finished so quickly?" I expected a sub par job...

That was NOT the case. Patrick cleaned the carpets very well. He did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Very flexible appointment scheduling. You're in and out quickly. You help move heavy stuff. You didn't mind my dogs' insane barking. You had that cool thing to block out the cold while the front door was open. Your pricing is more than reasonable.
