First name removed, our Service Professional explained all the steps he was going to do to help get out the spots from our aging cat. He reviewed it once again before he started, then summarized it when he finished. He worked hard and quickly. He explained to us the process to wait until it dried and what we could do to move it forward. First name removed was on time as scheduled and finished as scheduled. We were very impressed with him.

My carpets turned out great! They were pretty dirty after the summer with three kids running around and zerorez even got out some stains previous companies have not been able to do. Very happy!

My technician used a fan to help dry the carpet quicker, he verified that I knew my pricing before proceeding, was very friendly with our dog, was able to remove all the stains and urine smell from our dog. He did a great job!!

The technician was a nice young man and easy to work with. Two days after having
my carpet cleaned, I had a fellow come and hang window treatments. I had him take
off his shoes and told him that I just had my carpets cleaned. He thought that I
just had new carpet installed. He could not believe how good they looked for being
22 years old.

Your guarantee. We had the carpet cleaned, but it still had a lot of spots on it. Zerorez came back and did it again, and it looks so much better!
