I felt that the team wanted to do a good job cleaning the carpet and explained the process quite well. Thus the 9. I did have some bad stains on the carpet from the dog and that pushed the price up substantially mainly for the chemicals which I thought were over priced.
Even though the team worked vigorously on one stain, unfortunately the stain is lighter but is still there. They said they will come back if not totally satisfied. I will call Monday.
