Complete transparency and very upfront/straightforward with condition of carpet and pricing. Told me what was available and if I said "no" that was respected. I truly appreciate your sales tactic. Proper equipment to keep door open without letting bugs in or pets out, blankets to keep floors protected, and slippers on shoes. Came in, spoke about what was needed to be done, got the job done, cleaned up and left. I was able to continue to work from home without being interrupted. Odett (spelling???) did a FANTASTIC job and was extremely professional. We are very happy and look forward to working with Zerorez again!

I appreciated the offer to purchase ZEROREZ cleaning product. I learned what I was using to treat my carpet was NOT helping but making the carpet resist cleaning! The product certainly is more economical as well!
