WE had to have a 3rd visit to get the carpet reasonably clean in a couple areas. The second time it was not done to our liking and the last man out to redo it made it look almost like new.

Like that you don't use a lot of chemicals.

The professionalism of your associates, the fact that there is no residual carpet cleaning product once you are finished, and how well the cleaning does in heavy traffic areas.
