The service person did a very good job.The down side is that he came at 5:30 pm and it was starting to get dark by the time he was done. I had taken all the lamps out of the rooms so could not turn any lights on. Doing 5 locations a day is not good. I would think 4 locations a day should be sufficient.

Zerorez provides a service that is quality. My carpets look like new (they are 8 years old). The stains from high traffic and accident spots from the pet were also eliminated. Zerorez does not leave the carpet with a film and dries very quickly. The technician also is very professional, knowledgeable and recommends the needed services to provide a quality cleaning.
I like that I can get a spot of dirt off the carpet with just a white wet cloth.

Reed and Pete were my technicians. What I loved is that I was at work while they came out. I had someone meet them there, and Reed gave me updates before and after the cleaning. He gave me thorough instructions on my new filter; luckily he added that so that I got the biggest bang for my buck! And also told me when I should expect to do them again! Very good service! And my ducts look beautiful!
