WE had to have a 3rd visit to get the carpet reasonably clean in a couple areas. The second time it was not done to our liking and the last man out to redo it made it look almost like new.
Like that you don't use a lot of chemicals.

The technician was very thorough explaining the product used and how the cleaning is done. The citrus smell was not overpowering and the carpet was completely dry overnight with fans going. It did take longer than anticipated but that was fine. Overall a great experience and yes we would use Zerorez again if the occasion arises.
