I could not have been happier with the carpet cleaning service! Aaron arrived promptly and was most interested in my input to the cleaning I wanted done. He thoroughly explained what he would do and asked if I had any questions. He was a very hard worker and a perfectionist, too! My 17 year old carpet looks like new!

The Zero Rez technician, Corey, arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment, listened to what I wanted to accomplish in my home, and gave me an accurate quote before he started the agreed upon work. He worked very hard to finish the job in a reasonable amount of time, and the carpets and tile look fantastic! We have lived in our home over ten years, and after the carpets were cleaned by Zero Rez, they look nearly new! I'm a very happy customer!

I love the no shampoo and the way the carpet feel and smells when done. They cost though is very expensive and there are so many "add on's." The representative though that came out to our house, though was AMAZING. She worked so hard and did a great job!
