I like that you don't use chemicals. Everyone I interacted with at the company was extremely courteous and professional. I thought the price was very reasonable too. It's also nice there's a 30 day guarantee.

The technicians were very knowledgable about the areas that needed extra cleaning and did remove some worrisome spots. It will be interesting to see of the spots stay away.
