I appreciate the honesty of the staff. They did their best to clean our furniture. Unfortunately the urine smell is still there; although not as bad. The staff told us before they started they more than likely wouldn't be able to get it all out and gave us the option whether to continue. We rolled the dice but list this round. We will be calling again when it's time for the carpets.
