They feel great too, not "crunchy" from excessive soap! The drying process went well too. We would recommend not only Zerorez but Chris ( our technician) to anyone and would feel confident they'd be as happy with the results as we are! Chris was friendly and very professional. My husband who was also home during the cleaning process was impressed with him too! Our dog however barked at him everytime she saw him! Poor Chris took it all in stride!
