First and foremost was the ease of connecting (with a real person) via phone to schedule our appointment vs an automated AI system so many religating there customers to do.

Secondly the pleasant manner your Rep. allowed us to reschedule our appointment to the following week as we couldn't keep our original date for personal reasons.

Third reason for our convenience we received the call promised by the Tech when a 1/2 hour out confirming his ETA.

Fourth by the professional,pleasant, manner Kevin C. introduced himself at the door and went about his business inspecting the rooms and asking if we had any questions before starting.

Fifth and final reason we'll ask for Kevin C. back to clean 3-bedrooms when needed was his care in making sure we were completely satisfied with his service.Keep up the good work Kevin

I was very pleased with the job the technician did on our carpets and upholstery. I was also very pleased with the technician. He not only did a good job, but he listened to my cleaning concerns.

We were very happy with the outcome. Our carpet was extremely dirty so we weren’t sure what the outcome would be, but we were pleasantly surprised! The carpet looks great! We will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

Eric, my technician, explained everything in advance. He then worked very hard on cleaning my carpets. He did a better job than I expected given the stains were years old.

Quality service, fast appointment scheduling, knowledgeable service folks. We had service twice now, once from Adam and once from Eric, we were happy with the outcome of both visits. Each time it seems the carpets get cleaner.
