My place was empty of furniture or other personal items. I thought the hall was included in the price but he said no so he added it. It took less than an hour. I feel better moving into a place with clean carpet.

I love that I don't have to be afraid of my family or pets being exposed to chemicals. The way you clean is so effective without being dangerous to us or the environment. Isaiah did a nice job understanding what our carpets are exposed to, treating them appropriately, then making good recommendations for maintaining my carpets in the future. Great service and quality!
