Simple, clean, no strong odors

they did a good job and almost all the stains came out. I was told a couple might not . the gentleman was very knowledge in what he was doing

The only thing I was upset with is the price. They did not have all the rooms that I had told them when I called so the bill was almost double what I was told.

A really great technician (Rob McCurdy) came to my house. He was really personable, incredibly knowledgable and a straight-shooter when it came to suggesting the right treatment for my areas.

First of all, Landry was an outstanding technician. He thoughtfully explained everything to us and was both professional and personable throughout the experience. It is great to come home to clean and fresh-smelling carpets. We will definitely use Zerorez again and in particular will request Landry.

Our technician John was extremely personable and great at his job - the Zerorez team coordinated the time of arrival very well and our carpets came out as we were hoping as there were some stains and high traffic areas that we thought were going to be problems
