It was so easy to schedule cleaning for our home, the scheduler was so polite and professional, and made sure I knew all the details and had all my questions answered. The person who came to clean the carpet called 40 min ahead of time so we could very easily get ready in the morning, and did an amazing job. We had a hot pink glittery nail polish stain that we thought would never come out, and it is very faded after the cleaning. We are very happy with our clean carpet and the service from zerorez!😊

The techs showed up on time, with all the equipment they needed, they were extremely courteous, did all the cleaning I asked for, and more. I would definitely hire them again!

The entire process from start to finish was very easy! I received the quote in a timely manner, they accommodated my schedule, technician was on time, pleasant, efficient and was able to remove stains that had been accumulating for over a year. Chemical free, friendly staff, clean carpets! I've used Zero Rez many times so I know all the hidden fees and tell people the price you quote doesn't include the hidden fees, that's not very transparent and can turn people off.

Great product and service. Carpet is nice and clean almost like new again.
