It quick fast service, the tech, Rob McCurdy, was wonderful. He told us step by step what he was going do. He listened and answered all our questions. Great employee, you are lucky to have him. When I do my carpets again I would request him.

Our first experience after referral from our building manager: the technician was terrific, experienced and efficient. We did have one hassle when the equipment caused our power to cut out.
It took a day before we had everything working again and this was frustrating. Apparently, the power difficulty is not rare and I wish we had discussed the problem ahead of time. I think we could have used the building power and avoided the issue.
The results exceeded my expectations.

They offered us great advice and let us know of other resources and services they provide. We will definitely take advantage of that. They did a phenomenal job and we are very happy they came out to our house. They were timely, the price was perfect, and we enjoyed having them in our home.
Our Husky did also enjoy that they pet him and let him lick their faces. We apologize about that! He loves beards.
