The technician came to my house in the afternoon on the designated day. He was very kind, asked questions, and he got to work right away. I left for a chiropractor appointment and returned. He was still there finishing up. I found Keith to be pleasant and professional.

I like the fact that there is no residue from your cleaning products so you don't pick up soil on the carpet, and I like the citrus smell which is very refreshing.
