Our carpet was EXTREMELY dirty as we are a coffee roastery with heavy foot traffic from shoes that have ground coffee and coffee oils.

Zero Rez is great. The service tech was great. The products that he used smelled good and all the spots and stains came out. He was very careful not to damage the walls or the rugs I had down. Informed me of what he was going to do. He was great.

Mr. Peter Graves is quite a wizard at cleaning carpets. His brow was definitely wet after cleaning my carpet. He also used a plastic rake as I wanted to lift up the grain on my older Berber carpet. He will be the one I ask for next time. Thanks
