It cleans very well
Arrived ahead of time. John explained everything as he went along. The carpets look exceptionally clean.
I like that Zerorez does not use sticky cleaners in the carpets and they stay cleaner longer. They vacuum the water out so well that the carpet is not too wet to walk on after it's been clean. The staff who have been to our house to do the work have all been wonderful! They are courteous and make sure I am happy with the job. They also do an excellent job of telling me AHEAD of time what it will cost to do what I want them to do. I won't use anyone else!

Quality, non toxic products
We had Steffon clean our carpet on Saturday July 21st and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly and explained the process very clearly. Steffon was very professional and got the job done in a timely matter. We were very happy with the outcome and how clean our carpet is after he left. Nice to see good customer service! Yay!

Our carpet was really old and beat up. I told him that the carpet was in bad shape, so do the best you can, my expectations are low, anything you can do to make it any better will be appreciated. It looks so much better, I was very pleased. It looked better than I thought it would , thank you!
