Rob did a wonderful job getting our carpets freshened up for our new home owners. On time (early even), explained the services, etc. Very friendly and great with the dog, too.

Cleanest my carpets have looked in all my times hiring out a service. and No residue or sticky feeling when the tech was finished. Also they seem to get more of the water out. Carpets did not feel as damp as with others.

It is nice to know that I can count on a Zerorez technician to completely clean my carpet, including tough stains!

The technician was very informative and pleasant. I once tried Stanley Steamer, and there was no comparison.

Once the carpet was dry, I couldn't find any spots left on it!

Carpet cleaner was early so it was nice. The air duct cleaner was behind so unfortunately we weren't able to have the ducts cleaned first before the carpet.
