The technician who came Jon S was very professional and did a great job. This was a redo the first job was done a little over a week ago and the car but was very dirty when the person left. I took a towel to try to wipe up the moisture off the carpet and the towel was black from dirt that was left it. This technician did a great job we were very happy with him
