Duct Cleaning - Matt was professional, thorough, polite. Answered all my questions, showed me video of the process and was very neat and organized in his work. I have told several friends already about the good service we received, and I will continue.

Carpet Cleaning - Dominic did good work. I was turned off by the upsell of carpet protectant as he was finishing up the cleaning, specifically because I had asked the CSR when I booked both the duct work and carpet cleaning appointments if there were any other services I should be aware of, and they openly said No.

I would have expected the CSR to at least "mention" that the cleaning tech "might" ask if we wanted sealant/protectant so it didn't come as a surprise, especially since I asked.

The professionalism of the technician and the job he did. Carpets look great!
