Non toxic, it works great and gets carpet clean. Also, I've been told that your process doesn't saturate the padding underneath the carpet, that's also very important to me.
The fact that you use a product with no soap. Dirt is not attracted BACK to carpet . Zerorez technicians are polite and put protective corner guards on furniture...all good.
