We always use Zerorez as they do the best cleaning. Carpet, tile, wood doesn't matter; your floors can't get any cleaner!
No chemicals and friendly service.
It's pretty expensive compared to other cleaners I've used. I have a very light, almost white carpet. The technician explained to me that the tracks are hard to get out, which I understand-- but others did just as good a job as Zerorez and for a whole lot less money!

Although I had good service from all cleaning staff at Zerorez who worked on my carpet, Robert was exemplary. He cleaned my carpet on 4/11. He is very detailed oriented,patient and worked hard to get rid of stains even at the edges of the carpet in each room. He has a good demeanor and said he was proud of working for Zerorez and had an "excellent boss".
I will definitely ask for Robert the next time and would strongly recommend him to anyone.

My sofas and area rug look new. I had cleaned them myself but to no avail. The residue from other cleaners does tend to exacerbate the buildup of more dirt. With ZEROREZ there is no soapy or chemical residue. I'm looking forward to my rug and sofas staying clean for a longer period of time.
