I love that this product is a water base cleaner there is no residue left of my carpet. My carpet is nearly 11 years old and it truly looks like it is brand new after it is cleaned. I have also used your service to have my tile cleaned it looks great also. The Tech's that have come to my home are always professional and on time. I wouldn't use any other service accept Zerorez.

Robert, he is a very good Technician who explains what he is doing to clean the various types of flooring we have in our house. We also appreciate his thoroughness and does an excellent job cleaning our carpets.

I like the fact that Zerorez actually backs there satisfaction guarantee. My carpet was recently cleaned and although my cleaning technician was nice and friendly, I was not completely satisfied with the results of my carpet cleaning. The company did a follow up survey and discovered my dissatisfaction with the results of my cleaning. Zerorez offered to make it right and sent Ryan to re-clean my carpet. Ryan was fantastic! He explained the entire cleaning process, kept me informed of the progress, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the cleaning job. The results are; Ryan left my carpet looking like new!! I could not believe what a great job he did. Zerorez is an amazing company. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and I will most certainly be using there services again in the future.
