What do you like about our products and services?

I've tried several different carpet cleaning services over many years and was never happy until Zerorez came along. The carpet looks fantastic, and if anything is not to my satisfaction they will come back and fix it without any hassle. This actually only happened when I first started using them several years back because the dirt was deep under after not having the right care. Now, everything comes out with the first visit and stays away.

The professionalism of your staff and the product itself. My rugs look amazing and I have 3 dogs and a beige carpet! Looks like new and it’s 3 years old! Thanks Zerorez!

I'm in Orange County. Zerorez does quality work and the people are very nice and personable and professional. Our last guy was Brett. They are all nice and do a VERY good job! Along with having our carpet cleaned, we also had ourf marble cleaned, polished and sealed. Great job again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We called them because our daughter's dog urinated on the carpet over Thanksgiving. A day after ZeroRez did their work the marks are still clearly visible.

I cant believe how nice my carpet still looks after a week! Our carpet was in really bad shape. It was 20 years old and it was really dirty, especially the stairs. I was hoping for a miracle, based on the claims in their video, and I got one! We have our own steam cleaner and steam our own carpets twice a year. Generally the stains start coming back in a few days. But our carpet still lioks as clean as the 1st day! I think the pre-treat was the key. Maybe it was the alkaline water? Our carpet is 20 years old, but, thanks to Zerorez, it looks 10 years younger! We will definitely be back!
