How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet in traffic area not clean. Looks almost same as before it was cleaned. Waited until this evening to be sure carpet was dry before contacting anyone. Would like to speak with someone. Please call me at Phone number removed.

Clean carpet with no chemicals and most of the water is extracted so the carpet drys quickly

Sal is zerorez’s Best technician! He does an excellent job! Very detailed carpet and upholstery cleaning. He is very professional, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend ZeroRez and especially Sal Alvarez.
