Quick response friendly staff
My price went from 174 over the phone to over 600 dollars in person. The up selling was disappointing and the critique of my carpet was annoying.

I went for the extra $105 fee for the Level 1 biotreatment.
In retrospect, I an uncertain it was worth the money. The black-light technique put a scare into us so I went for the biotreatment to make us feel more comfortable. If I had it to do over I would not request that treatment. I bought my own black light and have found that much more than just pet urine has fluoroescence, and we have never had a pet and have never had carpet smells.
the technicians were very friendly and very nice however I felt like they did a very quick and not thorough job. The tracks on the carpet that showed where the cleaning machine went showed they did not go all the way up to the edges of furniture and around corners etc. My entire upstairs which was 4 rooms, a loft, hall and staircase took only an hour total which seemed very quick to me. Upon going upstairs and seeing how quick of a job was done I was disappointed and felt like i paid quite a bit of money (over $300) for just a quick pass over the carpets.
Your representative Cameron was on time, professional and very pleasant. He talked me through the cleaning and completed it in a timely, efficient manner! Very knowledgeable. He even was able to remove pet stains that previous carpet cleaners could not remove. Very pleased!!!! Thank you! Pat
