The young man who came to our home to evaluate our hand woven rug took the time to explain the various ways to clean our rug and discussed the best way to ensure we would be pleased with the job. I can tell you without a doubt I felt valued as a customer. The young man was prompt, professional, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and he did an outstanding job on our rug. I was also very impressed with the way I, as the customer, was treated and our rug now looks wonderful!

The initial cleaning was unsatisfactory. I contacted the office and a repeat cleaning was done. The second person, Reggie, did an outstanding job on 10/14/19.

I like the idea of no chemicals or detergent being left in the carpet. I've had experienes where the rug was filthy two weeks after cleaning because the residue collected all kinds of dirt. The service man who came was very through and courteous. Glad I found zerorez!

Everything explained to me before hand. Light showed the areas w/ dog pee on the carpet & what the treatment would do. It was exactly as described & happy to say the areas which were affected most were vanished. The technician was very thorough & did a wonderful job. Kudos to him . Will certainly use U again !! I had an emergency pet pee on our 6wk old mattress 😣 I called at 12pm and they were there before 3pm same day! They did a treatment on the mattress which took care of the stain and Oder!!! It was amazing. I definitely will call them when o need to do my carpets cleaned!
