It was quick and did a wonderful job. My carpet looks great.
The day the tech left all was well, and I believed I had received superior service. However yesterday and today, after the carpet has completely dried, we have huge stains that have wicked up from the pad. Some are stains that were there before, but there are two huge stains (really huge, one is at least three feet long) that we have never seen before that are now on our carpet in the living room. We are very disappointed that this has happened, and would like the opportunity to show you these new stains. We will be happy to give you the chance to come reclean and correct the problem.
I like the following things: the service, the employees who do the work, the quick drying, reasonable pricing, the outcome on carpeting and furniture, meaning it looks much better, and you can see a noticeable difference.
However, I did not see any difference whatsoever in the tile and grout cleaning that was done (complimentary) in one of my very tiny bathrooms. There was no change, unfortunately. Your product did not seem to work on my tile and grout. It was disappointing to say the least as I wanted to have the tile and grout (the same tile/grout in all parts of my condo-kitchen, hallway, bathroom) done.

Your product is what the ads say-no soap residue. The service tech knows what needs to be done and he does it.

Our tech was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We had 3 rooms cleaned and it only took the tech about 45 minutes to pre-treat and steam the carpets. We will definitely be using this company again!
